FoodWorks is a social enterprise and meal-delivery service that engages at-risk Ottawa youth. We deliver fresh and nutritious meals on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Centretown, Hintonburg and Westboro communities with the goal of expanding to other parts of the city as the program grows! We take the hassle out of meal prep and ensure that you are getting a protein and vitamin packed supper.
Our goal is to build and develop a sustainable continuum of services for those who are are seeking additional support with their nutrition & to address food security in our communities.

You can trust that FoodWorks meals are prepared fresh and delivered to your door. Working closely with FarmWorks (our sister social enterprise) our produce is organic and locally grown in Blackburn Hamlet. Each meal consists of a lean protein and two vegetable and/or starch sides with your choice of fruit salad or dessert.
FoodWorks is dedicated to providing meals to those who are seeking additional support with their nutrition. In addition to the meals we provide, FoodWorks staff may act as a liaison between clients and their health care professionals.
Our fresh meals are delivered between 3-6pm 3 days a week/ Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We ask for a minimum commitment of one month, and our service can be provided on a short or long term basis.

Each meal costs just $8.00 flat. If you have specific dietary restrictions we can accommodate for a small fee.
In partnership with Causeway Work Center, our meals are prepared in Causeway’s commercial kitchen and delivered within a 5 km radius.
